Send a case to our lab in three steps. Our driver picks up from your office, and there's no delivery fee.

How to send a case

Current clients

  1. Call (908) 295-9551 or request a pickup below.
  2. Fill out our Rx form clearly.
  3. Pack materials securely in our delivery box or bag.

New to our lab

  1. Call (908) 295-9551 to schedule a pickup, and ask for your starter pack. It includes everything you need to send cases, plus product and pricing information.
  2. Fill out our Rx form clearly.
  3. Pack materials in a secure box. Our driver picks up directly from your office.

Outside our driving area

  1. Fill out our Rx form clearly.
  2. Seal the Rx and impression in a box, attach the return label, and hand it to your U.S. Postal Service carrier.
